CAESAR is the first release of 2021 from The Dares. Most of the song was completed over a year ago. The political and social reality of 2020 elevated the song to the top of the list of unreleased 'Dare' songs. The themes of ego, pride, and retaining power at all costs fit the mood of when it was released. The track was recorded periodically throughout the second half of 2020. It is the first completely self recorded track by Ben and Matt.
